800G BERT with MCB & Temperature Control Integrated

It integrates an 800G BERT, MCB board and a three-temperature TEC+ liquid cooling rapid temperature change system, which can support the insertion test of modules such as multi-port 400G/800G OSFP, OSFP-RHS, QSFP112 and QSFP-DD. It adopts a modular design, and different port numbers and packages can be selected according to the practical needs of users to meet the personalized testing needs of customers. The TEC+ liquid cooling solution can realize the three-temperature cycle of modules of 800G and lower rates, and cooperate with our self-developed water chiller to realize four completely independent water circulation environments to ensure independent temperature control of each port. While ensuring excellent performance, it reduces the test bench space, reduces testing costs, and increases R&D and production testing efficiency compared with traditional solutions.
