PSS COCBI burn-in system is a high-power COC burn-in system, which supports high-current, narrow pulse power-on burn-in, and is used for long-term reliability tests of COC chips under high temperature and stable current conditions. The system supports front optical power detection, the software monitors the data of the burn-in process in real time, and supports users to perform life analysis and burn-in screening of chips; The whole machine adopts drawer layout, supporting up to 10 floors and 40 burn-in drawers. Users can configure the number of layers of the burn-in box according to their specific burn-in scale requirements.

    • The temperature of each drawer can be controlled independently, and each drawer can independently load the drive current, which can realize multi-temperature zone, multi-type and multi-process burn-in;
    • Support 3A pulse current, 1us narrow pulse width power-on burn-in;
    • The single-layer burn-in box can be used independently, and the burn-in scale can be increased through the combination of racks, which is more flexible;
    • Support output power online monitoring function, each drawer can be equipped with this function;
    • Optional N2 filling protection to support the burn-in of airtight LD COC;
    • Fishbone-shaped fixture design, compatible with front-end patch and wire bonding process, no manual material transfer is required in the whole process;
    • Adopt plane heating structure, which can effectively improve the temperature uniformity of the fixture;  
    • With complete database, supports local database and remote server SQL database, can record the data in the burn-in process in real time, and supports data curve review;
    • Support customer MES system;
    • System is equipped with optional UPS to prevent accidental power failure in the factory;
    • System with self-locking structure, which is self-locking after power-on to prevent employees from accidentally hot-swapping.
