High-Power Drawer COC Burn-in System
Classification:
The PSS High-Power Drawer-Type COC Burn-in System (PSS LRS23841), commonly used for burn-in screening and lifetime reliability analysis of high-power DFB, EML and EML-SOA chips. The system supports synchronous output of constant current (LD & SOA) and constant voltage (EA). It real-time monitors parameters such as current, voltage, optical power and temperature, and performs automatic failure judgment for devices. It supports local and remote databases, enabling data analysis and traceability of failed components.

Application
1. Small-batch long-term reliability verification in the experimental stage
2. COC burn-in screening in mass production phaseFeatures
1. Provide fully independent constant current source and constant voltage source for each channel
2. Temperature control adopts TEC combined with water cooling, with a temperature control range of 25~120℃
3. Support front optical power or back optical power detection, the front optical receiving mode adopting partial light reception
4. Support online temperature monitoring of COC (COC with built-in NTC required)
5. By adopting different fixture adaptation methods, it flexibly supports burn-in of various COC chips such as DFB/EML/Tunable COC
6. A single drawer accommodates 2 pieces of fishbone fixtures, and each fixture supports burn-in of up to 48 products
7. Support LIV sweep curve function and multiple algorithms for Ith calculation
8. Support N₂ filling protection, enabling burn-in of hermetic COC
9. Equipped with 40 independent drawer burn-in units with fully independent temperature control; each drawer can be configured with different parameters for product burn-in
10. The system can be equipped with optional UPS backup power supply. In case of unexpected factory power failure, it can keep the computer running continuously for 30 minutes to avoid loss of burn-in status and data
11. The drawer supports automatic intake & locking and drawer presence detection to prevent accidental pull-out
12. The maximum temperature range can reach up to 120℃
13. Each drawer is equipped with hardware and software over-temperature protection functions
14. Drawers are embedded with EEPROM chips to store drawer ID, insertion/removal times and production data
15. Built-in comprehensive EOS protection ensures device safety during burn-inSpecification
