PXIe Modular Source Measure Unit

PSS PXIe-5140 is a 4-channel independent high-performance precision source meter that can output and measure voltage and current simultaneously, supporting up to ±10V, ±100mA DC/pulse output, and a minimum pulse width of 100μs. It supports the standard SCPI instruction set of source meter and PXIe Trigger and front panel DIO synchronous triggering to improve the system test efficiency and reduce costs.
