Classification:
PSS SM13043 is a 4-channel independent high-performance precision source-measure unit, capable of simultaneous voltage and current output and measurement. It supports pulse output up to ±30V/±5 A with minimum pulse width down to 100μs. Equipped with Gigabit Ethernet and RS422 serial communication, it complies with standard source-measure unit SCPI command sets and supports multi-unit synchronous triggering to improve system test efficiency and reduce costs.
