RGB COB Module Burn-in System
Classification:
PSS COB burn-in system is mainly used for burn-in screening and life verification of visible laser COB modules. It is equipped with 16 independent burn-in drawer units, each with an independent water cooling control module, which can support burn-in of 256 PCS laser modules. The system uses a customized power-on fixture to support the burn-in of COB lasers with different packages.

1. Each drawer integrates 16-channel 7A, 70V independent constant current burn-in power supplies. The abnormality of a single channel does not affect the normal burn-in of other channels.
2. The burn-in data of each product is independently monitored and stored, which is traceable and convenient for analyzing the failure process
3. The water and electricity separation and strict water leakage prevention design are adopted to ensure the safety of water and electricity
4. Pure water cooling and flow rate adjustment temperature control are adopted, and the burn-in temperature control is highly efficient
