High-Power COS Burn-in System
Classification:
PSS High-Power Drawer-Type Burn-in System (PSS LRS26401) is mainly used for burn-in screening and lifetime reliability analysis of high-power lasers under specified temperature conditions. One burn-in system can accommodate up to 40 burn-in drawers. Each drawer functions as an independent experimental scheme with individually-controlled burn-in temperature and power-on settings. Integrated with upper-computer burn-in software, the system monitors parameters such as burn-in current, voltage, optical power and temperature throughout the burn-in process to facilitate user-conducted reliability analysis.

Application
1. Small batch long-term reliability verification of high-power TO/COS/COC in the experimental stage
2. Burn-in screening of RGB/CW lasers in mass productionFeatures
1. Provide fully-independent drive current per channel, with a burn-in capacity of 640 PCS
2. Support front-light power detection via partial light-collection for front-light reception
3. Utilize 4-wire voltage measurement to deliver stable and accurate voltage test results
4. Each individual drawer supports burn-in for 16 PCS devices
5. Support real-time viewing of burn-in data
6. Adopt TEC plus water-cooling temperature control for high-efficiency burn-in thermal management
7. Feature water-electricity isolation and robust leak-proof water-circuit design to ensure water-electricity safety, water flow rate adjustable per drawer, and water-flow monitoring available on the upper-computer
8. Comprise 40 independent burn-in drawer units with full independent control, with distinct burn-in parameters configured for each drawer
9. With UPS provided, the software triggers automatic power-down to prevent loss of burn-in status and burn-in data in case of unexpected power outage in the factory
10. Drawer implement presence detection and liquid-leakage detection, together with drawer self-locking to prevent accidental drawer extraction during burn-in
11. Enable temperature sensing for each burn-in device (via device-on-board NTC sensors)
12. Drawer are equipped with both hardware and software over-temperature protection
13. Software heartbeat function enables automatic power-down upon communication failure between upper-computer and lower-computer
14. Comprehensive real-time EOS protection safeguards devices throughout the burn-in cycle
15. Feature water-electricity isolation and robust leak-proof water-circuit design to ensure water-electricity safetySpecification
