100ns TO Pulse Burn-in System

PSS high-power narrow pulse drawer burn-in system is mainly used for pulse power-on burn-in of Lidar lasers under certain temperature conditions. Different burn-in drawers can meet the burn-in requirements of Lidar lasers with different packages. One burn-in system can carry up to 40 burn-in drawers. Each drawer is equivalent to an independent experimental plan, and its burn-in temperature control and power-on can be controlled independently. The system integrates burn-in upper computer software, which can monitor the burn-in current and voltage data during the burn-in process, facilitating user reliability analysis.
