Detector Coupling Tester
Classification:
PSS detector coupling tester (PSS RCML20192) is used for coupling production and testing of ROSA/BOSA devices of various pin sequence of two types, APD and PIN-TIA (Vpd/Mon). This instrument is provided with a built-in optical attenuation module, which can achieve rapid attenuation. At the same time, it has a built-in high-precision optical power meter for output monitoring, which can monitor the optical power of the output port in real time while attenuating. It also supports external optical module interface, which can be connected to modules of different wavelengths, facilitating the different coupling light source requirements for the production of ROSA/BOSA devices. It has built-in stable APD high-voltage source, constant current source, display module, return loss test and other functional modules.
