APD Benchtop Burn-in Monitoring Power Supply
Classification:
PSS APD benchtop burn-in monitoring power supply (PSS APDBI-IV) is mainly used for reliability evaluation and burn-in screening of APD and APD-TIA devices to improve product quality. The system provides constant current to APD and constant voltage to TIA to achieve device burn-in. At the same time, it can control the working environment temperature of the device with independent customer-supplied burn-in chamber to achieve the function of working burn-in under high temperature. During the burn-in process, the VBR and TIA current of the device are monitored and tested in real time, and the product failure judgment is automatically performed.

Application
1. Burn-in screening of APD, APD-TIA, PIN and PIN-TIA TO devices in mass production
2. Long-term reliability failure test analysis
3. Burn-in performed at high temperature or high temperature and high humidity with a dual 85 burn-in chamber or high temperature chamberFeatures
1. APD provides a completely independent 0~2mA constant current source for each channel
2. TIA constant voltage source configured to 0~5V
3. For APD-TIA device burn-in power-on sequence, first add TIA constant voltage, then add APD constant current. For the power-off sequence, first reduce APD constant current, then reduce TIA constant voltage. The power-on/power-off time and steps can be configured
4. Support APD voltage limiting protection function
5. Complete EOS protection to ensure safety during device burn-in
6. Single board 64-channel, supporting cascading
7. Upper computer software can perform local ACCESS storage and remote SQL database storage of burn-in dataSpecification

-
1. APD provides a fully independent 0~2mA constant current source for each channel.
2. The TIA constant voltage source can be configured from 0~5V.
3. For APD-TIA device aging, the power-on sequence is to apply the TIA constant voltage first, then the APD constant current. The power-off sequence is to reduce the APD constant current first, then the TIA constant voltage. The power-on/off time and steps are configurable.
4. Supports APD overvoltage protection function.
5. Comprehensive EOS protection ensures safety during device aging.
6. 64 channels per board, supporting cascading.
7. The host computer software can store aging data in local ACCESS storage and remote SQL database. -
