PSS ATEML-3201

PSS EML benchtop burn-in monitoring power supply (PSS ATEML-3201) is used for burn-in screening and reliability life analysis of EML TO devices, which effectively improves the quality of TO products after screening. A single system can support the burn-in of 32-channel devices. By controlling the high temperature of the TEC inside the device and providing a constant current to the EML device, the burn-in of the EML device is achieved. The system can display the burn-in current, backlight current, forward voltage, EA current and other parameters in real time and display them in an intuitive graphic, convenient for observing abnormal conditions during the burn-in process. The universal burn-in board is compatible with our EML TO disk test system.

LD drive current ≤250mA, SOA drive current ≤250mA, PD reverse bias voltage ≤5V, LD forward voltage ≤5V, EA voltage 0~-5V, up to 32PCS single burn-in

PSS LRS15122-W

PSS high-power TO drawer burn-in system is mainly used for power-on burn-in of high-power lasers under certain temperature conditions. The burn-in drawer can meet the burn-in requirements of lasers (TO9, TO56, COS, etc.) with different packages. One burn-in system can load up to 16 burn-in drawers. Each drawer is equivalent to an independent experimental plan, and its burn-in temperature control and power-on can be controlled independently. The system integrates burn-in upper computer software, which can monitor the burn-in current and voltage data during the burn-in process, facilitating user reliability analysis.

Burn-in current ≤9A, voltage ≤7V, supporting 512PCS RGB TO device burn-in

PSS MBS32016

PSS optical module integrated burn-in system (PSS MBS12016/22016/32016) is used for burn-in screening and reliability analysis of optical modules. The system provides 3~4V constant voltage and high temperature burn-in conditions up to 120℃, while performing real-time monitoring and testing of the module's operating current, voltage, and working environment temperature, and automatically performs failure judgment. It stores monitoring data in real time, supports tracing of burn-in failure modules, and records module voltage, temperature, bias current, transmitting power, and receiving power via DDM.

Provide 3~4V constant voltage and up to 120℃ high temperature burn-in conditions, supporting single burn-in of up to 2016 modules/COB (XFP, SFP+, QSFP+, QSFP-DD, OSFP, CFP packaging)
