PSS MBS11921

The PSS Optical Module Burn-in System (PSS MBS11921) is designed for burn-in screening and reliability analysis of optical modules. Adopting a drawer-type structure solution, the system provides a 3~4V constant voltage output and high-temperature burn-in conditions. It performs real-time monitoring and testing on the operating current, voltage and ambient temperature of modules, and conducts automatic failure judgment. It stores the monitoring data in real time, enabling traceability of failed modules after burn-in. It records module voltage, temperature, bias current, transmit power and receive power via DDM.

Provide 3~4V power supply, with a maximum current of 10A per single module. It supports independent temperature control, with a temperature range of 60~85℃. It can support simultaneous burn-in of 144 optical modules
